Engine error crash. Delay 10 min, Point deduction between 30 and 70, 4 times

Hello, On my pc ik from time to time i get the engine error crash. This week it happened 4 times. I get a delay of 10 min. And a deduction in point between 30 and 70. Which makes no sense. Is there...

When you've got a chance could you grab a DxDiag and send it to us here so we can take a look? You can find more details on how to pull one up over at the EA Help website.

I see. I know that dealing with the DXGI errors has been pretty rough. That's something that the Apex Legends team has been working to get fixed alongside the folks at NVIDIA. It might end up requiring a new driver or an update to the game. Hopefully it's something that can be sorted out soon.

Yeah, I figured, and already knew it was game side. And needed a fix from Apex legends. I will have patience.

But is there no way to cancel the delay and point loss, for these crashes...?

I'm afraid not. We don't have a way to remove the lock or adjust RP.

I have an update for you.
NVIDIA just released its 422.50 drivers, these should fix the engine error you are getting randomly.
Make sure to download them using Geforce experience or download them manually here.

Good luck on your ranked grind, hope you reach the rank you wanted even with this little inconvenience. 😳
