We have tried re-downloading the app but no improvement, so please provide another remedy.

Can you offer a solution to the engine error “Couldn't open file ui,rpak”?
We have been experiencing engine errors since the rumble rank held in July. cleaning up Windows has not solved the problem, please provide a solution.
