I'm having the same problem.
(I will use a translator.. because my English is not good..)
I tested all versions of the radeon adrenalin drivers and Window10 1905 and 2004.
There was this problem before season 6, but it wasn't so serious.
Before S6, using adrenalin 2.2 and 7.1 has solved the problem.
And even if I used a driver with a problem, the frame would drops to 90-100.
But now the frame drops to 70-80.
Particularly serious frame drops happen when looking south from the fragment north side, and near the train station in skyhook.
And in Kings Canyon, the frame drops to 90 in some places.

I've posted many times about this problem, but I never got an answer.. Why does it take to optimize more, than in the beginning, when it was perfect.. can't believe

YES, same issue with my 480. Either high or low settings gives me the same mouse jerkyness.
Apex is the only game that feels like this, it feels like a locked 60fps with high frames.
My buddy can get over 200fps and says he has the same issue, and said the game's optimization is has been bad since release.
