Error code 0xc00000e5 when trying to boot

Whenever I try to open Apex Legends, I get the following error window titled "r5apex.exe - Application Error"

"The application was unable to start correctly (0xc00000e5). Click OK to close the application"

I have tried everything imaginable to try and fix the problem. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice, reset my wifi, reset the AntiCheat, everything, and nothing has fixed it.

The error pops up after the AntiCheat tries to load, so I am assuming it something along those lines. I am on Windows 11 and the game was working perfectly fine as of September 10th.
