Hello.

No, I do not use either one of those programs.

I have an HP Gaming Laptop running Windows 10.

Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3550H with Radeon Vega Mobile GFX

Motherboard: HP 86D4

@Doritohs You uninstalled Razer, do you still have Synapse installed or maybe RTX Audio?
Do you have a firewall on your router that may interfere?

Also, have you installed or tried to reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable ?

I completely factory reset my computer so all of my Razer programs are gone. I have Visual C++ installed. I don’t believe I have a firewall on the router, just Windows and McAfee. Not quite sure about that though.

  If anyone else has any suggestions or advice I’d appreciate it. At this point I’m thinking I’m stuck playing Apex on the Switch 😭
