Error code 201 on apex mobile can’t connect to a server

For the last 4 days I haven’t been able to connect to apex legends mobile iOS or on PS4. I did check to see if I was banned and that’s not the reason, I also deleted and redownloaded the game 3 times. My last attempt was to use a VPN that didn’t work either. I really could use some help here.
