Error code 22:00

I've been trying to download the Apex game for about 2 days now and keep getting the same error code 22:00 even after doing the following troubleshoots that I found via EA and just community sites. There have been some other cases of this and the methods have worked for some but not all. 

So I went ahead and tried to download after a restart and a modem reset , also did a test on my connection to make sure that everything was up to speed but no dice. Then I saw maybe I need to clean up my memory a bit so I made room for another 50gs just in case, still nothing. After that I tried different links and doing all of the above each time still nothing. My specs on my pc are more then enough to run this game and more but it will not download the installer for origins client , it just keeps giving me the same error message time and time again. I am about to give up at this point so hopefully someone may know the answer to this issue. While typing this I found a newer method of clean booting i shall try that but i have seen it not work alot of the time. Please Help I would like to try this game
