Community ManagerThis issue can be caused by a conflict with your anti-virus @TylerAlison.
What you can try doing is disabling your anti-virus and firewall and then launching the game again.
If it works great, you can add an exception for the game to both. If it does not work then please let me know and we will take it from there.
