"launch error failed to start the game" this message pops in when ever i try to launch the game (APEX LEGENDS)

When I saw this error in the past @atomiczxr it was related to an issue with Easy Anti-Cheat. I solved it on my system by adding EAC to my anti-virus white list.

I tried every thing,anti virus is already disabled,even origin clean up won't run.
Do you think reinstalling the game or updating my win 8.1 to 10 will solve this problem ?

Have you tried disabling Windows Defender to see if you can launch it? That way you can see if it's related to that.
And one more thing apex would't launch even if i try to run the game manually through the desktop icon.
