Hi @Starssett When you have a second, can we try the following steps?
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Repair Games (Go to My Collection > Select the tile Dots > Repair)
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
Thanks!
- @EA_Illium it didn't work

@Starssett It's an old issue. Enable the shader cache in your graphics settings (AMD or NVIDIA control panel). Also, enable caching shaders in Steam.
The notification will appear once more and not afterwards.

Hi @Starssett Thanks for confirming, we might need to try to switch over to the EA App client to confirm if it can fully load Apex, but first can we try the following?
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Put your device in a Clean Boot then launch the game

HI @Starssett We've had some recent changes I wanted to check if you still run into this error? If so would it be possible to get a DxDiag?
