Error when loading up game and entering lobby screen

when i load up the game it will crash when im on the lobby screen in less than a few seconds. gives me engine error. error reading pak file. "c:\Users\HotPi\SAVEDG~1/Respawn/Apex/assets/11/promo/d...

Hey @EA_Atic So I tried to repair and it never worked. I have deleted and redownloaded the game multiple times both on Origin and Steam and nothing changes. Plz Help!!!

@EA_Atic i have ran a repair on the game multiple times and tried redownloading on steam and origin a few times. still having the same issue

  Hey, @frttrggt @NineVerge make sure that all drivers for windows are up to date, also worth to reinstall the GPU drivers for your PC.
  
  You can also try to do a clean boot to see if there any programs messing with APEX and turn off any overlay programs for example Discord or Nvidia experience.
  
  Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?
