Event Heirloom

Hey @W_R_O_C_S,

Heirlooms for events like this are awarded for opening all the packs during the event. Afterwards, they would show up in the Mythic Shop to be unlocked with heirloom shards instead.

If you purchased the packs and had not opened them during the event, it would not qualify for this I'm afraid. It sounds like the event had already ended by the time you finished opening the packs, which would be the reason the heirloom was not granted. 

But i opened them all in time but i got nothing

i said it was nearly to end

It wasnt Written anywhere so i want Refund or Heirloom skin i dont want this to lead to more problems.So there are 2 options 1 is you will give me a refund and the second option is You will give me the heirloom back.
