Every game launch Shader loading

Hello

Since 1 week i have issues with launching apex on steam.

I didnt changed anything or smth like that, now i get every time when i restart my computer Shader loading... which is almost taking 5minutes everytime

If its important, I have a AMD RX5700XT Gpu.

Any solutions to solve this problem?
