road to rank challenges

I'm having issues with the challenge restore 500 shield , using shield cell , shield battery, but the bar isn't going up despite doing it correctly even my friends did the challenge and theirs went up without any issue, i tried reinstalling the game, tried game recovery , deleting corrupt files and other game modes but it doesn't budge a bit. I hope someone can give me a solution to this problem or fix it.
