Everytime I open Apex Legends my settings reset

Everytime I open Apex Legends my settings reset I think i started when i bought a new HDD and I reinstalled apex. I think I have tried everything but nothing works.

    @SirKnalKabouter Do you have any running security software to allow Apex and Origin through?

I play on pc with the Origin launcher, but this didnt work.
