Excessively long Matchmaking/Starting server loop
PC here. I am continuing to try and join a game. Getting stuck in a loop trying to find viable games. Takes 8-10 minutes on average

changing to different server fixed for me
How did you change servers? Is there a way to manually do it?
from splash screen wait 1 minute. hit esc. cancel that then option called data center at bottom of screen
- Wait 2 minutes on start menu then press R3
