Exclusive Fullscreen Issue (Apex legends wont go into true fullscreen)

Everytime I log into play Apex my game is in Window Mode even after I change and save it to FullScreen. Also when notifications come up while in game it tabs out of my fullscreen mode at times. PLEASE FIX THIS. This is happening to everyone....
