I have same problem, but when i choose borderless window > apply and then full screen > apply, it makes it full screen.

    What you are experiencing isn't true full screen and it has serious input lag.

    The game is absolutely broken (since none of the devs have talked about the full screen issues or stuttering) for many, many people.

      After the servers crashing this morning, I haven't been able to enter true fullscreen (without input latency). Rolled back driver, installed new gpu, nothing works.
