I'm having the exact same issue. Sometimes during gunfights I experience massive fps drops. The framerate gets back to normal after a while. I'm also using an Nvidia 1050 Ti.

I have the same issue. I contacted Help Center, and they said various things. One adviser suggested that it was a DNS issue? Never heard of DNS being the cause for FPS drops.
Another was more on point, suggesting some lowering of video settings which were already low as I did try that..... Id did change a grand total of 0 as a result of tweaking with settings, because FPS are IMO related to how the game is optimized.
I have a high end machine, but still experience wild FPS changes in the range of 120+ frames drops.
This has impact on gunfights, and makes the game even more frustrating to play beyond what other issues are there already.
