Hello,
There are ways to do that.
Solution 1:
C:\Users\"Your PC name"\Saved Games\Respawn\Apex\local
Right click on "videoconfig.txt" and open with Notepad.
Change
"setting.fullscreen" "0" to "1"
"setting.nowindowborder" "1" to "0"
Solution 2:
Don't open Origin (make sure it is gone from your taskbar), Select Apex from the start menu and launch it from there. It goes full screen.
