Failed to download Apex Legend or update after 2/13 patch on PC

I've kept try to reinstall Apex Legend but it kept on popping "An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again in a few moments. Error: -4:302"  Please send help ASAP Would not be problem with P...

That's not the case in this situation since I still have 751 GB on my hard drive and I double confirm it's going to the correct right hard drive.
