Please try the following:
Power cycle your router (Unplug all devices to the router > Turn off and take out cable > After 30 Seconds turn back on and enter the cables again.
Try to
Uninstall Origin > Install and run ccleaner > Reinstall Origin
Verify you got all the latest drivers installed and verify you don't have any updates for windows waiting.
You can also try to enable NetBIOS Over TCP/IP button by doing the following;
1 Click Start, and then click Network. (Or you type ncpa.cpl into the search box, and press ENTER).
2. Click on the Network and Sharing Center, and then click Manage Network Connections.
3. Right click on the Local Area Connection or the connection you are using, and then select Properties.
4. Select the Internet Protocol version 4 (TCP/IPv4)
5. Click the Advanced button under the General tab.
6. Click the WINS tab6. Click the Enable ,NetBIOS Over TCP/IP button click Ok.
7. Reboot computer

@EzyHawkAlready tried this, didn't work
And also I use USB tethering from my phone for internet just mentioning, but the problem persists even over WiFi. And yeah
I don't have access to lan

Also try to clear origin cache:
https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
You can also uninstall origin and install / run ccleaner.
Re install origin after that.
If the above don't work try to change datacenter ingame and try to play or repair the game.- 6 years ago@EzyHawk tried that as well, nothing helps
