After receiving a "Failed to get token from Origin" I found that a similar problem occurs for Titanfall users. Their solution worked for me also. Click Start, and then click Network. (Or you type ncpa.cpl into the search box, and press ENTER).Click on the Network and Sharing Center, and then click Manage Network Connections.Right click on the Local Area Connection or the connection you are using, and then select Properties.Select the Internet Protocol version 4 (TCP/IPv4)Click the Advanced button under the General tab.Click the WINS tabClick the Enable NetBIOS Over TCP/IP button.Click Ok.Reboot computerThis solved the issue for me. Hope it helps.

Solved

HI, I am having this problem. I've never had this problem before, nothing on my computer has changed other than a new monitor and I've successfully used it without issues. This problem only happens when I make a 3 man squad. Two man works fine and solo works fine.
I've done the "solution" mentioned above and it does not fix the issue.

At the end of the match today like 2 hours ago i get "Failed to get token from Origin 3" error and kicked out.as you know then steam users cant get in the game like an hour.When I reconnected 100 ac reward was ticked but i am still at 1250 ac.100 ac still missing.any solutions to that?
