False abandonment penalty

I’m having the same problem too. A couple of seasons ago was the first time I had issues with the game crashing roughly once every five games but I’ve never received an abandon penalty for it. But ever since the shadow society update, when the game crashes I receive an abandon penalty that goes up every single time. I tolerated The game crashing because I’m sure fixing the problem is more complicated than it seems but with this new added abandon penalty, this is getting beyond frustrating. And I’m sure others are annoyed as well. I’ve contacted EA regarding this issue but, big surprise,no response. 

I know its 2 years later but I was just kicked out after 2 reconnect attempts and I have wired internet.
