False ban EA support not contacting back after multiple tries

So I was falsely perma banned from apex after a hacker got into my EA account and now as y'all can see I am back in control of my account but after multiple tries of disputing my apex ban I still have not heard a peep from EA support, can an EA official from here please help me? I am on attempt 5 of trying to get at least some sort of response from EA support about my false ban on apex, I have been trying to contact them ever since I regained access to my account!! How is this even fair at this point? I've jumped through the hoops and contacted support 5 times about having my false ban the hacker gave me lifted. Please give me some direction of how I could escalate this so that someone actually sees it and helps me get my apex account back

  • The fact I have contacted EA 5 times through the appeal forms they provided and still have yet to recieve a response is honestly reprehensible and just cruel and unusual treatment when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. I shouldn't have to contact EA support 5 times and make a forums post just to have my issue looked after. How does EA think treating their customers this way is even remotely acceptable??

    Hi there,

Please note that we're unable to review account bans here at the EA Forums. You can submit an appeal with the Terms of Service team. For detailed instructions on how to contact them, please visit: Get information about EA Account locks, bans, and suspensions

How to appeal a lock, ban, or suspension

If you think the lock, ban, or suspension on your EA Account was a mistake, you can appeal the decision.

To appeal, contact us here, fill out the webform, and select Send.

Your case will be sent to our dedicated team for review. You can expect an email from noreply@ea.com about your case within 10 days, though sometimes it takes longer. The email will give you further details about our decision and how to dispute it if you think we’ve made a mistake. Our advisors can no longer transfer cases to our Terms of Service Moderation team.
