False ban in apex, worst customer support ever experienced

It wouldn’t matter if I were to contact them again they just don’t listen and care it’s like trying to speak to an animal that doesn’t understand human language. Like what’s the point of trying to provide new information and a better way of trying to explain my situation in a way that they could understand if they just gonna keep sending me the same auto generated message with no reasoning or follow up of my case?

I'm going through the same thing.
If you keep inquiring and receiving the same answer and doing LiveChat, the day is repeated when you appeal again and receive the same answer and ask again.
