Unable to play apex after being hacked.

Hi there,

I've recently wanted to play apex again after watching some youtube videos, logged in only to find out i was banned. Managed to retrieve my account via EA appeals, i managed to get both visible bans lifted. However now there's a hidden ban, EA Advisor is unable to help me. Neither does the webform work.

    Hi Apologies, im unable to contact EA TOS, the webform doesnt have the "email us" button for me no matter what device or browser i use. Im unable to see the ban to appeal it. I went through multiple EA advisors to no avail, the last advisor told me last ditch effort was to post on forums, is there an email i can email directly to?

    Hey NovusSG​,

    Sorry to hear you've been sent in circles a bit here. Unfortunately, the information provided to you in your recent chat was a bit out of date - the Answers HQ forums mentioned no longer exist for example. 

    We are not able to review or make any changes to accounts here via the forums, but there's most certainly still a ban on the account that the Terms of Service team would need to look into. It looks like the account was locked after some other access was detected in the past, and those locks are what you've already cleared. The in-game ban itself remains and would need to be reviewed or removed by the ToS team.

    It may be worth seeing if you're able to start a new appeal using an incognito mode window, while logged out of your account. If the option is not appearing for you that way either, it would be best to reach back out to an advisor I'm afraid, to see if they're able to help create the appeal and get it to the correct team to have the actual game ban reviewed.

    Apologies, I'm still unable to start a new appeal as i still cannot see it, ive tried all methods of accessing the web form, logged in,logged out, incognito, different devices. EA advisor will send me back in circles again :( is there an email address i can directly mail to?
