False ban
So its a suspension, only three days, I understand if they don't want to un-ban my account for that, I don't mind too much waiting. But at least acknowledge the ban was incorrect. So for context my account got temporarily banned because my Steam Username is Gin N Rum 5454. Apparently that is an inappropriate reference to alcohol/drugs.
- One I read the TOS and it doesn't say anything anywhere that would conflict with that statement.
- Two I've seen people with far worse and less tame usernames than mine.
- Three I've accrued almost 500 hours with this username over multiple years.
- Four, if you're going to deny both my dispute claims at least answer my questions for extra clarification on what rules are broken and how to prevent something like this happening in the future if anything will happen in the future if the name remains unchanged as I am still unsure. The. email I received doesn't even mention and course of action I need to take like a name change as seen with other people who have been banned for "inappropriate" usernames.
What am I supposed to do EA? Is it a false ban or not? If not, do you want to break the rules again or are you actually going to provide clarification what I need to do?
If turns out I do need to change my name, tell me how I can do that for Apex only because I am not changing my Steam username.
If anyone can help or require extra details or information or proof that I am not exaggerating this claim let me know and I can post that.
- @rockstar55993344 If it was denied that means they have reviewed the account ban and found it to be correct. Knowing that, I'd suggest you change the name to avoid any further sanctions.
