Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended

I've been falsely banned on one of my accounts only after climbing to pred rank. This has happened twice before and only when I climb to pred. I get the same automated response when I try to appeal and provide evidence. I really just want to see if I can get my main account verified so I can play without the stress on getting falsely banned again. I even tried completely wiping all my drives and reinstalling windows, still no luck with the most recent ban today. I have no idea what triggering the ban and again, only happens when I'm in pred rank. Any help on this matter without the generic automated email response I get from EA would be amazing. I've provided game files before and even have all the gameplay recorded from my game, I can provide any additional info to help prove setup is clean.

Also its when I check the ban status it says I'm on ps4? I play on pc and have never owned or used a ps4 or ps5 controller/ console.

this is happening to a lot of people myself included dont expect help from ea they clearly dont care about their customers

also they cant help you on the forums so the only thing that you can do is try to find other people with the same issue and try get the issue recognised by EA
