Didn't get my badge

Hello, i have been playing apex legends for a while now and i feel everyone wants for has gotten close to getting the 20 bomb badge while on the phone with my friends i decided to play a game and i got that 20 bomb in the game i also got a 3k damage so i was so excited to get out of that game and get my badges to flex and so off to my friends little that i would know my internet would crash on the last team i would get kicked from apex and my game crashed i was so  pissed because the moment i hit that 20 kill on my screen i was screaming and yelling with my friends i tried to log back into the game but it said the match was over but when i logged in no badges i was so pissed i contacted play support and here i am now.  Also i was playing octane with the mythic skin and i only had a 1k left of damage to get to get all stages complete but that was also not there
