Re: How to get help with Apex Legends account bans and suspensions

Hello Community Managers,

My 7-year main EA account (EA ID: Darkness2009445) received a permanent ban on Oct 05, 2026.

This occurred immediately after I traveled and replaced my motherboard, CPU, and RAM. The sudden change in hardware identifiers (HWID) and IP location triggered an automated security flag.

My original appeal was automatically rejected, and the EA Help portal currently hides all live chat and contact forms for my banned profile, making it impossible to submit further context.

I have 2-Factor Authentication enabled, full proof of ownership, and receipt history for my cosmetics/heirlooms. Could a Community Manager please escalate Case #256056224 to the internal security team for a manual hardware log review?

Thank you.

    Hey Darkness2009445,

If you feel that an action was placed on your account incorrectly, you'll need to continue creating an appeal so our Terms of Service team can take another look. They'll have the right tools and records to review this for you, as we're unable to escalate or support appeals here on the forums.

If you've received an appeal-declined message, it means the team has found evidence supporting the ban. In that case, feel free to gather what evidence you can and include it in your next appeal. As long as the team doesn't respond with a message stating they consider the decision final, you'll still have an opportunity to appeal.

Once you create the appeal, please keep an eye on your case history page, and the ToS team will reach out via email once that review is complete. Thanks!
