Hello Community Managers,
My 7-year main EA account (EA ID: Darkness2009445) received a permanent ban on Oct 05, 2026.
This occurred immediately after I traveled and replaced my motherboard, CPU, and RAM. The sudden change in hardware identifiers (HWID) and IP location triggered an automated security flag.
My original appeal was automatically rejected, and the EA Help portal currently hides all live chat and contact forms for my banned profile, making it impossible to submit further context.
I have 2-Factor Authentication enabled, full proof of ownership, and receipt history for my cosmetics/heirlooms. Could a Community Manager please escalate Case #256056224 to the internal security team for a manual hardware log review?
Thank you.
Hey Darkness2009445,
If you feel that an action was placed on your account incorrectly, you'll need to continue creating an appeal so our Terms of Service team can take another look. They'll have the right tools and records to review this for you, as we're unable to escalate or support appeals here on the forums.
If you've received an appeal-declined message, it means the team has found evidence supporting the ban. In that case, feel free to gather what evidence you can and include it in your next appeal. As long as the team doesn't respond with a message stating they consider the decision final, you'll still have an opportunity to appeal.
Once you create the appeal, please keep an eye on your case history page, and the ToS team will reach out via email once that review is complete. Thanks!

Hi EA_mplsnow,
Thank you for your reply regarding my account. I understand that forum managers cannot review or escalate ToS decisions directly, but I am reaching out because I am experiencing a severe technical issue with the EA Help website itself.
A few days ago, I received an email stating that my recent appeal was declined. However, when I log into the EA Help portal to view my cases or submit a new appeal with additional information, the website still lists my ticket status as "Pending."
Because it is stuck on pending in the system:
* The portal will not allow me to submit a new appeal.
* I do not have an option to open a Live Chat or request support for this account issue.
I have already tried clearing my browser cache, using incognito mode, and trying different devices, but the case status remains locked as pending.
Furthermore, I really need a human agent—not an automated AI response—to properly review my case. If a real person looks at my account records, they will clearly see that I did not log in for two weeks because I was traveling, and my overall gameplay stats prove I am not using any cheats.
Is there any known fix for this portal sync bug, or a way to get the web interface to refresh so I can submit my evidence to a human reviewer? Any guidance on how to get past this website glitch would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your time,
Darkness2009445
