I stopped playing around the end of 2023 and decided to log in on 2024 may, my account was suspended, no Reason stated, No history penalty,Tried contacting them and they said the account was not suspended even tho apex clearly showed it was.
Decided to try again 2 years later,I cant submit a appeal because it takes me back to the submit an appeal page

Just to check, what platform do you usually play on? I see that you have your post tagged as PC, but do you play on Steam or the EA app (or something else again)?
Could you also share a screenshot of what you see when you start the game?
Same here. Falsely banned, i submit an appeal and I get the same generic response even though I have irrefutable proof I wasn't using "game enhancement". Then, I check my penalties and see absolutely nothing. To top it off, EA makes it so it's as HARD AS POSSIBLE to talk to someone.
Multi-billion dollar company, by the way. Why do people defend them?
strtxgy Its really weird overall I have a friend who have the same issue, he got falsely banned recently too.
I did some research and found out that EA can ban you due to "anomalies" making it basically impossible for you to get appealed.Also seen someone claiming their Girlfriend got banned after downloading The sims DLC.
This was AI checked and as you can see on the forum there is a huge issue around it.
My biggest problem is the appeal not even sending and it looks like its intentional for some people.
The whole "anomalies" thing, to be honest, is probably a bunch of junk to appease shareholders. My idea of EA is: "We have 'cutting edge' AI moderation. Invest in us." Then saving money, as if they need it, by disallowing users to talk to support is, again, pretty scummy.
If a human makes a mistake, they discipline the human. If ai makes a mistake, nothing happens. In moderation, AI is judge, jury and executioner if you are: flagged by ai, banned by ai, then, your appeal is probably reviewed by ai.
