[FIXED/CLOSED] Hit Registration

I've had issues were I could see the damage numbers something like hit-hit-hit, and atleast one number was 12. I died and at the final screen it said I had only done 9 damage... So I'm wondering if that's a hit registration issue... I get the damage done on my pc, but it does not count on the server..
