Foot steps

The game has been out for how long and enemy foot steps/sounds are still a problem? Chat audio was recently updated and somehow a problem but foot steps are not? Anyone? Ive been killed/lost many games because the audio wasnt there. 

P.s. and no, it's not my headset. Ive used several over the years, enemy sounds have always been a problem. And im not the only one it has affected.
