Four-pack to guarantee a Legendary or Iconic are NOT WORKING

Im opening 5 Purchase Packs, and I received 5 Epic items. Where are my guaranteed legendary or iconic skins?

Did you purchase 5 individual packs, or the actual four-pack?

Individual packs do not have this same guarantee, only the four-pack itself.

Hey @16ringz,

Just looking back at the event packs opened shortly before your posts here, I am seeing 4 event packs opened.

Fortunately, it looks like you had received not just 1, but actually 2 Legendary items within those packs.

I'm seeing both the Legendary CAR skin and the Legendary Mad Maggie skin on your account, so if those weren't noticed when the packs first got opened, you should be able to check back in your collection to find them. 🙂

Hey. I didn’t know you were able to look into my account. That’s nice. Yes. I bought a 4 pack yesterday and didn’t receive no legendary item. I do see the legendary mad Maggie skin and car skin now. I just didn’t open them at all. How come this happened? I would like to avoid this in the future.

Hi @16ringz,

Did you open all 4 event packs, or just the first one or two before closing the screen?

If you had not opened all the packs before leaving the screen, the remaining event packs would have been opened automatically in the background just to make sure they were opened during the event timeframe.
