FPS drop - lowerFPS update 1.24 12/3

After update 1.24 there is a huge fps drop or lower fps than usual i tried to lower settings but doesn't work i feel like its not changing anything at all !? any solutions ? anything because i canno...

Fix this please, 160 fps yesterday, around 50 fps today..

    According to twitter, there is a patch fix in for PC, anyone care to test it while I am at work?
