Fps drops on Apex when using Discord

Hi there, I've been having a technical issue involving discord and apex running at the same time for quite a while now, whenever I'm on a discord call or especially in the official Apex Discord server, I get a lot of fps drops in my game, I have turned off hardware acceleration btw

I am running at 200fps capped in launch options
