FPS Drops when there are a lot of rendering happening (?)

The issue Im facing in the season 13 is that the FPS drops to 30-40 whenever there are a lot of buildings (especially in fragment ). In most fights, my fps goes to 80-90. in the previous season, im a...

Just an update: Seems like this affects all games. The only solution that i got is to reinstall drivers with DDU but this needs to be done everyday in order to get a constant FPS (shutting down/sleep will make the performance drop). I am still finding solution where it will permanently fix this problems.
