FPS INSTABILITY

FPS Instability

So, I have no access to pc for a 1 month and when I finally can play, I noticed that my FPS in Apex became lower, It used to be around 100fps while flying and 120-150 in fights and etc. but now while flying i'm having 20fps and its slowly grow up like +1fps/sec until I'm on the land. On the land I have from 50 to 100fps in different places, Also I noticed that my GPU running only 60-70%, it used to be 100%. Plz help

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: AMD RX 580 8GB
RAM: 16GB DDR4 running on 2733MHz 
Motherboard if it is needed: B450 DS3H by Gigabyte
Game is on HDD

    FPS instability can really affect gameplay and make matches frustrating. Hopefully, upcoming updates improve performance. Meanwhile, Best Android guides are useful for optimizing devices and enhancing overall gaming experiences.

    @darknesees A simple thing to do would be to check the file integrity of your Apex files.
    For EA-App: Right-click on Apex Legends - Manage - Repair
    For Steam: Right-click Apex Legends - Properties... - Local Files - Verify integrity of game files...

    A fresh Windows install on a SSD would be the next thing to try. You can get a Windows image by downloading the Windows Media Creation Tool

    @darknesees Just get better hardware. Optimize windows. Or tune your system up a bit. There are plenty of optimization videos on the internet. (Just dont follow "magic regedit tweaks" that claim to boost your fps by 120%)

    @darkneseesIt's true that you cannot disable spot shadow detail completely. It always goes back to 'low'...
    Is the game installed on the same drive as Windows? In case you have an SSD or NVM.e could you try moving the game files to that drive? Here is how to do that with Steam.

    In any case I'd recommend doing a clean install of your display drivers.

    Instead of Intel just choose AMD inside DDU.

    After reboot install the latest AMD drivers.

    Edit: you might also want to defragment/optimize your HDD. On Windows 11:

    Bring up the Start menu.
    In the upper right-hand corner of the Start menu, left-click on All apps.
    Scroll down the list of programs and left-click on Windows Tools.
    Left-click on Defragment and Optimize Drives.
    Highlight the drive and click Optimize

    @cRn1710 at first I thought that win10 drivers for my GPU worked poorly on Win11, I installed last version of driveres for win11 but nothing changed
    game graphics on a low, but i don't know why but i can't turn off spot shadow detail completely, it always stays on low, TSAA is off

    @darknesees What GPU driver version are you running? Also, are you using Steam or EA-App?
    You also might check in-game graphics settings. Happened to me that the game reset the graphics settings to very high, especially spot shadow detail and it turned on TSAA for some reason.
