Lifeline and Bloodhound editions items missing

I bought untouched disks of Apex Legends with both editions. They were even in the original foil. When I opened them and redemeed the codes in the Microsoft Store the codes did work and it was succesful. Then I booted up Apex to have a look at my new items and I noticed that nothing was added to my account. I saw that it is a common thing nowadays so I used EA Help and talked with an advisor. They told me that they cant do anything with it and the 2nd advisor said that I need to check Microsoft support to confirm that the problem isnt on the side of Xbox. They confirmed that everything is perfectly fine on their side. When I went back to EA help my requests were denied with "This issue isnt supported by advisors" so I cant do anything now.
