Framerate/fps issue after recent crossover update

Hi, I'm getting consistent drops below 60fps, even in duos which has no changes in regards to the update. I was running the game perfectly without a single framedrop prior to this update. (safely around 100fps during action). Now I get drops even when nothing is going on around me.

My laptop is more than capable to continue running this game, so I want answers. 

As for some info:
My setup is Asus TUF Gaming fa506ihrb

I have reinstalled the game

Checked GPU update

Updated through windows update (It kills me every time I'm forced to do it to see if it fixes my problem)
