Frankfurt servers broken. Add ability to blacklist servers/set default server

As the title says, the Frankfurt servers are absolute tr4sh. Literally every single game on a Frankfurt 2 server has a huge packet loss for me, however when I change the server to for example Belgium...

Your observation is 100% spot on, Frankfurt servers (and most of the time Amsterdam) are somehow internally flawed and generating huge packet loss but the packet loss is not shown in the server list. They are basically unplayable.
