Free Conduit Bundle on Epic Games

I claimed the free Conduit + flatline-bundle on Epic and when I entered the game (through Steam, accounts are linked) I got a notification that it was unlocked, but it's not. It's been ~20 hours so I went to check on it again in case it just took a while to update, but it hasn't. The unlock notification also isn't in my inbox for some reason. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I guess I'll have to download Apex through EA then, since getting Sims packs through Epic works. Just a shame it can't just work 😞

Hey @emotionalrat,

Have you tried launching Apex through the Epic Games launcher instead?

You shouldn't need to re-download another copy, but this is an Epic offer so you'd want to launch the game there as well to get this to show up.

Feel free to check through the info in this thread to see what's worked for others in this situation.

I have, and it opens the EA launcher (as it should) but doesn't launch the game. It has the dowload button instead and I can't just locate the game (or I just don't know how to) but I don't have enough space to actually download. My EA, Steam and Epic Games accounts are all linked as well.
