Freeze apex legends jumping from drop ship or countdown

hi, played apex since day 1, and i never got crashs freeze etc... today its the first time i cant play this game ,freeze every time  jumping from drop ship or on countdown... i dont know why ,because...

same thing, I never got freeze or anything like that, just today my first day to have freezing, Fire range is working well no freezes, only when i play and drop off from ship after 6 sec i get freeze.
