Freeze apex legends jumping from drop ship or countdown

hi, played apex since day 1, and i never got crashs freeze etc... today its the first time i cant play this game ,freeze every time  jumping from drop ship or on countdown... i dont know why ,because...

@Regore52 are u using controller or do u have a controller plugged in ur pc ?

    @NAGAAATO Yes I used a wired controller on PC

        yes my problem was that too... controller plug on , unplug solved my freeze problem
