Freezes, glitchy, red icon at the corner

Question

Ever since the 1.1.3 update, I've been experiencing disconnection. I tried playing at my friend's place which has crazy fast internet and the same thing happens. I re-installed twice already, updated my LAN and WiFi drivers and changing the servers, but it's not helping any bit. Oh, and I play on a laptop and it has been decent (getting at least 30-40 FPS) since the beginning of April until the 1.1.3 update in May. I thought the 1.2 update would help but I'm still experiencing the same issue.

I meant to say disconnection, not glitches and freezing. This game is frustrating me so much that I couldn't even think properly.

im not 100% sure but they have been talking making things more cpu bound and you really play with 30-40fps? that will be why you get stuttering so bad heres a little tip and no im not gonna say buy a better system
open settings in game go to grapics and set vsync to half refresh rate if this helps please post back n let me know
