same here i played 5 competitive match and all of them froze mid game i tried to do all the troubleshoot and reinstalled it and all of it didn't work well i guess its back to Overwatch then.
Mine freezes aswell midgame. Its unplayable . i just strated to like the game . but now its gone. too bad , not coming back for long time i was ready to buy some coins but no point now .
Just check the files you added after the update, because the new map is full of bugs, which means you didn't insert complete and orderly files until the end
There are so many bugs (invisible walls in the middle of the map, crashes...
Since there are so many problems, it is easier to say what is not a problem than then what is a problem...and Let's not talk about the amount of cheaters in the game...
There are a lot of glitches in the update and the new map, check what you added incorrectly and stop blaming it on the players who don't tell you what the problem is
You are the company with millions, not us.
You have millions to pay good programmers to fix it, not us.
So stop blaming the players for not adding some commands to help you and start working seriously.
and If hackers are so good, maybe try to hire some of them, it will be seen that they really work when needed..
