under 80ms and lagging

I'm experiencing strange ping issues in the game:

when I go with 50ms or less the game works well and smooth but when it goes above 70ms without surpassing 100ms the game starts lagging and is unplayable, I tried a bunch of solutions even when I'm playing via ethernet and have exit lag on, the game is still having the same issue.

I keep having a simbol on the screen about bad connection but the ping is under 90ms all the time. Have any of you experienced something similar or can anyone help with this issue?
