I've been having the same issues as you, but with a slightly different Engine Error code. I've tried updating drivers, verifying integrity of the Apex Legends files, making a registry edit, and none of these have fixed the issue, This issue started for me with this season as well.

Ive just got this one too. With code snake and bando penalty...
The ammount of AFK/DC players in S13 is noticeably higher.
